I love to be in Florida whenever I can get there. Hopefully, we will be able to winter there in a few years. In the meantime, I have to be content with visiting whenever possible. If I couldn't do anything else in life but walk the beaches and swim in the sea, I would be happy. Currently we are living in Ohio. I love Ohio in the summer, but not in the winter. We would move there, but I can't leave my kids and grandkids. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

I love the sea. I have not tried scuba diving, but think it would be great. I would love to take my 5 kids and 6 grandchildren to Florida for about a month. (after that I would probably be ready to send them out to sea on a small raft.) I grew up in Bucyrus, Ohio. If anyone out there graduated between 1960 and 1965 from there, I would like to hear from you. Three of my closest friends live in other states and I want you girls to know I really miss you!! | Hiking the trails of Old Man's Cave with friends is living....... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

We usually try to stay in a cabin in the state park in the fall and hike the trails at Old Man's Cave. Last year was a very dry year, so the water falls were mostly dried up. It is also beautiful in the Spring. Last October, my husband and good friend, K (from Ohio) and I stayed in a cabin in the Mohigan Forest. There is something so peaceful about the forest and rivers. I love reading (especially murder mysteries). My husband got a little nervous when I brought home "The housewife and the Assasin."), cooking, comedy, music of all kinds,but definitely from the 60's and 70's, theatre, crafts, home decorating, car races, horse races, Las Vegas, basketball and football--GO BUCKS !!! | I have met a lot of really nice people on the computer. One of my favorite pasttimes is playing euchre on yahoo. Too bad the site freezes up so much. I am new to computering so I am still learning and begging for help.
